Voice-first strength coach · iPhone

Say the set.
It’s logged.

SweatCall is an AI coach in your ear. Say “185 for 8” between sets with your phone in your pocket. It logs the set, counts your rest and tells you the next weight.

Free for lifters. iPhone first. One email when it is ready, nothing else.

How it works

Three steps. No tapping.

  1. 01

    Put your phone away

Start your workout, pop in your earbuds, start your music if you like, and pocket the phone. The microphone is on only while a workout is running.

  2. 02

    Say “185 for 8”

Plain words, between sets, like you would to a spotter. It reads the set back so you hear what was logged. Wrong? Say “no, 190” and it fixes it.

  3. 03

    The coach handles the rest

It runs your rest timer, tells you the next weight and reps, says “go” when you are ready, and sets up your program for next week.

Typing vs talking

A logging app waits for your thumbs.

SweatCall is built for your ears, so the workout never turns into phone time.

Typing sets into a logging app

Logging a set
Unlock the phone, find the exercise, enter weight and reps.
A mistake
Find the entry and edit it.
Rest
Look at a timer.
Next week
You decide what changes.

Talking to SweatCall

Logging a set
Say “185 for 8.” It reads the set back.
A mistake
Say “no, 190.”
Rest
It counts it, tells you the next target and says “go.”
Next week
It proposes changes from what you lifted. You accept or skip each.

Everything in the app is still there to tap when you want to. Voice is the fast way, not the only way.

What you get

Everything the log, nothing in your hands.

Hands-free logging

Weight, reps and effort, said out loud. No unlocking, no typing with chalky fingers.

You“225 for 6, felt like an 8.”
CoachLogged, 225 for 6, RPE 8. Next, 225 for 6.

Rest and targets, spoken

You hear your next target after every set and a short “go” when rest is up.

Learns your voice

Teach it your voice once and it skips the people on the next rack.

AirPods or speaker

Plays through whatever you wear and falls back to the phone speaker when nothing is connected. Your music ducks, then comes right back.

Weekly program review

Each week it looks at what you did and proposes changes. You see each one and accept or skip it.

Apple Watch

A companion app for your wrist: cues for your rest and your heart rate while you lift.

Widgets and Live Activity

Start today’s workout from the Home Screen, and follow your set and rest on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

SweatCall step where you teach the app your voice.

Built for a loud gym

It hears you. Not the room.

The workout loop is made for earbuds, a pocket and a busy floor.

  • Your voice only. Teach it three short lines and it ignores other people talking nearby.
  • AirPods or speaker. Use whatever you have; the coach follows your audio route.
  • Corrections are natural. “No, 190” or “that was 7 reps” fixes the last set.
  • Rest runs itself. A big glanceable timer and the next target, with a spoken “go” at zero.

Programs and your week

Next week, already planned.

Follow a built-in program or build your own. After each week, SweatCall looks at what you actually lifted and proposes changes to your program. You see what would change and decide.

  • Weekly review. Accept or skip each proposed change.
  • One history. Every set, session and personal record in one place, with a summary after each workout.

Questions

FAQ

What is SweatCall?

An AI coach for strength training that lives in your ear. You talk, it listens: say “185 for 8” and the set is logged. It runs your rest, tells you the next target and reviews your program each week.

When can I get it?

SweatCall is not on the App Store yet. It is in testing on iPhone. Join the early-access list and we will email you once when it is ready.

Is it free?

Yes, for lifters. There is no paid tier. If you add a human coach, coaching subscriptions carry a 5% + 30¢ service fee, and only those.

Does it work with music?

Yes. Your music keeps playing: it ducks while the coach talks and comes right back.

Does it work in a loud gym?

You can teach it your voice once, and it then ignores other people talking nearby. A very loud room can still make a word hard to hear, which is why every set is read back and a wrong one is fixed by saying “no, 190”.

Do I need AirPods?

No. Audio goes to AirPods or any headphones you wear, or to the phone speaker when none are connected.

What happens to my audio?

Speech is recognized on your phone. Audio is not stored and stays on your device, except in a live coach session you book. See the privacy policy for exactly what is kept.

What about Android?

iPhone comes first. Android is planned for later.

I joined the waitlist. How do I get off it?

Use the contact form and give the address you signed up with, and we will delete it.
